- More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus administrative fee (AUD $50)
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
- After course begins: No refund for remaining sessions
7.2 Exceptional Circumstances
We may provide refunds outside normal policy for:
- Medical emergencies (with appropriate documentation)
- Bereavement or family crisis
- Job loss or significant financial hardship
- Military deployment or transfer
7.3 Cancellation by SintaLustr
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to:

- Facility issues or safety concerns
If we cancel a course, you will receive:
- Full refund of all fees paid
- Priority enrollment in alternative courses
- Reasonable advance notice when possible
7.4 Rescheduling
Subject to availability, participants may reschedule their enrollment:
- One free rescheduling per enrollment
- Additional rescheduling subject to administrative fee
- Must be requested at least 7 days before original start date
